Rett Angels is a non-profit organization dedicated to raise money for girls with Rett syndrome and to find a cure!
What is Rett Syndrome?
It is a genetic neurological disorder that is mostly found in girls at a young age; it is also found in a lesser number of boys. In 1999, experts began to create research about this rare condition (only affecting 1 out of 10,000 girls in the U.S.). This unique condition limits the child from being able to walk, talk, breathe, and other natural activities that most people take for granted.
Mission: to spread awareness globally and raise funding to find a cure for these beautiful girls.

Welcome to the Rett Syndrome family!
Rett syndrome is mainly effected by females so the emblem trademark is a little girl with ponytails.
I also chose elegant typefaces in order that the Rett Angels brand can be seen with a heavenly and royal image; this informs the supporter that most girls with Rett Syndrome are called princesses.
Color choice was vital to properly represent the Rett Syndrome community through the Rett Angel’s brand. Because the main color for Rett Syndrome is purple, I based the secondary colors off of a purple foundation to help fit the brand.

Marketing on social media is not only for likes and follows but also to sound the voice of boys and girls with this rare condition. Rett Angels builds a community to be the voice through education online.

Rett syndrome is a rare disorder that many have never heard about. Rett Angels focuses on educating the masses to create more awareness and raise funding for research facilities. The goal is to help find a cure and provide the knowledge and support needed for families impacted by Rett Syndrome.
Care Package Design
Packaging is comprised of a bag that carries prizes from charity events and a box that can hold large merchandise items. Every package includes information on how donations to the Rett Angels mission brings joy to the lives of girls with Rett Syndrome.
MERCH
Below are different merchandise items that will be given as prizes in fundraising events. For Rett Angels' sponsors, there are different tiers depending on the monthly donation. Rett Angels is always looking for ways to show thankfulness to those who make this organization possible. It also allows awareness to be spread and advertises the opportunity to change lives and come one step closer to a cure.
Website Design
The three goals for the Rett Angels website were to make it easily accessible for the Rett Syndrome community to attend events, donate to support families with Rett syndrome, and ultimately support research to find a cure. It combines all the different projects revolving the Rett Angels brand.
This was the first project I worked on that involved coding. Although it was a challenging skill to learn, it was very fun to create. The website includes an event page, home page, donation page, and about page to inform and educate the community.
Email Blast/Online Ad Campaign
It was very important to create an affective advertisement that catches people’s attention and invites them to the upcoming Rett Angels events. The events included charity runs and masquerades shown on online advertisements and email blasts.
Animated Video
One of the first animated video projects I created using After Effects. My skills in animation have grown significantly but I feel it was a memorable beginning in creating the Rett Angels brand. More informative videos will help spread the awareness of Rett Syndrome online.

My sister Sabrina was the brightest person in the world! Though she was not able to do the same things you and I take for granted such as talking, walking, playing, etc; she was always smiling in the life she lived.
Sabrina was diagnosed with Rett Syndrome at the age of 2. She was raised with an amazing family who supported her and many other special needs children. Her mom loved her and took care of her every day; including taking her to school and Rett Syndrome charity events.
Her memory lives through us. Together, we can spread awareness to find a cure and help Rett Syndrome girls and boys of the future.
